How do I book an appointment for one of the services offered?
Use the details on the Contact me page to give me a call, send me an email, or send me a message. I will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours for us to book an appointment.
How do I pay for my session?
I ask for bank transfer of the whole payment for the session within 48 hours of agreeing a session time. Once the payment is received you will receive confirmation of the booking.
How do I modify or cancel my booking?
Give me a call, at least 48 hours before the appointment, to modify your booking, deposits can then be added to the new appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment at any time, or if choose to reschedule the booking on the appointment day.
What technologies do I need to access the services online?
My services are available in person, across distance, and online using video calling providers. For a video call you will require a mobile or a computer device.
